SAPPERLOT - THE BIG 50!
WTF is “Sapperlot”, you ask?
A gloriously outdated German boomer word somewhere between “well, butter my biscuit!”, “good grief!” and “look who’s dramatically turning 50.”
The group hike starts at 12:30 pm and takes about 1.5 hours, with an easy to moderate incline. It would be poppycock not to wear sturdy footwear.
At around 2:00 pm, an all inclusive three-course feast of magnificent overindulgence awaits — with the opportunity to give your liver a light festive polish. Once you have sufficiently stuffed yourself, you may head back down — or...
...warm up by the campfire with music starting around 7:00 pm, including the official "Oschpelemuggn-Word-Award". Anyone still there but not staying overnight can either hike back to the parking area with a headlamp or ask the lodge hosts for a ride.

Everything from Option 1 — only with more evening, more campfire, and considerably more hullabaloo. There will be an evening alpine snack platter and the official "Oschpelemuggn Word Award".
We are looking for the most absurdly magnificent boomer word or South Tyrolean dialect gem not already featured on this website — delivered with utmost conviction. Whoever wins over the campfire crowd will be ceremoniously crowned.
Overnight accommodations will be in one of the 6-or 9-bed group rooms (no fancy-schmancy stuff). In the morning there will be hangover breakfast with a view followed by the return to the parking area and Bolzano.
